With over 20 years of professional experience, Katie Crane is a trusted leader in women’s health and wellness. As a presenter at the Pilates Association Conference in Australia and a student of Dr. Stephanie Estima’s work on hormonal health, Katie brings unparalleled expertise to this workshop. Having hosted women’s wellness retreats for three years, she creates a nurturing, empowering environment where every woman feels seen and supported.
