Reformer Classes

50 MINUTES | from $20

A mindful, intelligent Pilates inspired workout using the reformer machines.

You will get achieve strength and flexibility and connected mind, body and spirit.

Reformer Class Levels

You are welcome to join in at any level, but if you are new to Reformer, we suggest starting with Intro Reformer and working your way up to get the full benefit from each class.



All new clients begin with the Intro reformer class. We introduce you to the reformers, how they work and safety protocols.



This class teaches precision, core connection and alignment. Begin to build a positive mind body relationship and learn how to self modify and advance moves properly.



Adding co-ordination, flow and endurance on to your class to build strength and optimal range of movement, we start upping the tempo and challenging your ability in exercises that challenge the brain & body simultaneously.



With a jump board, added weights and small props, this class will increase your heart rate while demanding you to stay focussed and in control. Reformer Strength will not get you strong, you come because you are strong. Time slows down when you’re working hard but it pays off in the end.


Mat Pilates

50 MINUTES | from $20

• A small group class of up to 12 participants
• Hands-on approach from our teachers
• Knowledge of correct movement, posture and body control.

Mat Class Options

You are welcome to join in at any level, but if you are new to our Mat classes, we suggest starting with 6 sessions of Beginner Mat before moving on in order to get the full benefit from each class.

Teaches you the foundations of Pilates mat work. If you are a Pilates newbie, we recommend 6 x Beginner classes before moving on.

This class introduces props to assist and challenge you. A fantastic addition to any fitness regime and great for injury prevention.

When I first joined Encore I was not in the best shape. I had shoulder and neck pain, tight hip joints with a labral tear in each. After a year or so with Katie and her great team, I have no pain, far more flexible and probably in the best shape I’ve been for many years. Pilates sessions are the highlight of my week. I love it!

Purchase a 10 day class pass to try out all Mat and Reformer classes and see what’s best for you. Your 10 days start on the first day you attend class.

We highly recommend all new clients start with our Beginner Mat class or Intro Reformer class.

Once you have mastered the foundations, you can explore the other levels and know that you have set yourself up for long term success.

If you are pregnant and your health care professional is happy for you to continue exercise we encourage you to book in to our Intro reformer and Reformer Align options.

None of our Group classes cater to injury.

So that we can give you the attention you deserve we recommend you book in for an Initial Assessment in studio.

With some individualised care we can work with you towards the goal of having you join the group Mat classes.

Memberships give you access to all of our group classes including Reformer, Mat, Core and Release, Reformer Fitness and a variety of Mat classes.
