Strapped for time or have a location in mind? We can send our instructors to you. From a 30 minute mindful posture class in the office to a 1 hour mat class, we can work with what you have got to make the class the highlight to your day.
If you prefer to get out of the office, into the studio and even using the Pilates machines, we would love to invite you and your staff to enjoy our beautiful studio first hand.

They say sitting is the new smoking. And more than that, poor posture, incorrect ergonomics and sedentary workplace practices account for the majority of workplace injuries amongst office workers. Our instructors will tailor a class for your staff with a focus on postural awareness, stress relieving techniques, core strength and functional mobility to keep your staff sitting, standing and working with less tension and an improved sense of awareness and control.
Repetitive strain and compensatory patterns will eventually wear you down. Coupled with heavy loading, working in confined spaces, crouching, reaching and balancing for extended periods in less than ideal conditions can be detriment to your joints. Corporate Pilates will teach your employees how to manage the day to day strain by stretching, strengthening and supporting your muscles from the inside out. Pilates will even out any imbalances and help you move with more ease keeping you on the tools for years to come.
Since 2014 we have worked with Robertson Army Barracks, rehabilitating their injured soldiers. Our program has been so successful that we also teach a Pilates class on base as a preventative measure for non injured personnel. We have been told that benefits have been far reaching for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of staff.
Pilates is brilliant as a cross training exercise program. With a focus on strengthening intrinsic muscles and teaching better movement patterns, athletes will perform with more efficiently, grace and endurance. We can collaborate with your team and design a class that will make you perform better with fewer injuries.
Yep we can do. If you have a space suitable for your group we can come to you at a time that suits. Alternatively we can host your class in studio, the choice is yours.
It's up to you. Most corporate classes run for a term of 6-8 weeks but we can work with you to find a schedule that works.
It's totally up to you. Some groups run with 4, others have 20. We will send 1 instructor for every 10 attendees to make sure you get the most out of your experience.
