In a small group of up to 10 participants, our instructors will guide you through the class with expert instruction. Our class sizes are small so that you benefit from our hands on approach to teaching to make sure you are executing exercises with precision and care while challenging your self to your greatest potential. Our focus is on correct movement, posture and control so the class will leave you feeling longer, stronger and standing taller every single time.

Mat ClassesBeginner MatThis class teaches you the foundations of Pilates mat work. Here you will be introduced to the basics and start to understand what Pilates is all about and how it works for you. If you are a Pilates newbie we recommend 6 beginner classes before moving on.Intermediate MatExploring the intermediate repertoire this class introduces props to the class to assist and challenge you. Barre ClassesBarre BasicsA fusion of ballet and Pilates, this class uses the ballet barre to gain strength and confidence with stand up and balance work. A solid introduction to lower limb strength and suitable for pregnancy, this class gets a bottoms up from us!Barre FlowAn intermediate level barre class with a cardio component. If you love exercising to a choreographed beat that is all about flow, co-ordination and grace, this class is for you. Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I start?

We highly recommend all new clients start with our beginner mat class. Once you have mastered the foundations, you can explore the other levels and know that you have set yourself up for long term success.

What's the difference between mat, barre and sculpt?

Mat is our pure Pilates class while barre and sculpt are fusion classes including Pilates inspired exercises fused with ballet and yoga.

Are these classes suitable for pregnancy?

If you are pregnant and your health care professional is happy for you to continue exercise we encourage you to book in to Barre basics.

Is this class okay if I am injured?

None of our group classes cater to injury. So that we can give you the attention you deserve we recommend you book in for an initial assessment in studio. With some individualised care we can work with you towards the goal of having you join the group mat classes

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! Our memberships are released throughout the year, starting in January with a bang. Subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on social media to be the first to hear about exclusive memberships as they are released. Memberships give you access to all of our group classes including reformer, mat, barre and sculpt.
